Belleville, Ontario - Bel-Con Design-Builders is thrilled to announce that we've been chosen by the City of Belleville to design and build the new Belleville Agricultural Society Facility! This exciting project marks a significant step forward for the city's agricultural community.
The bidding process involved 4 firms, whose submissions were judged by a planning team from the City of Belleville and the Belleville Agricultural Society on a combination of factors, including design, project delivery team, design delivery plan, construction delivery plan, and proposed price. The highest overall score was awarded to Bel-Con's bid.
“We’re incredibly proud to be part of this project,” says Tom Gunsinger, a co-owner of Bel-Con Design-Builders. “The new facility will be a tremendous asset for the Belleville Agricultural Society, offering them a modern and versatile space to host events, meetings, and other activities.”
