We were thrilled to have been chosen by Alarm Systems in Belleville to work with them on their project. The project entails a complete remodel and re-facing of the existing building as well a new 2,500 sq ft office addition, new parking and landscaped areas.
The first step in this construction process is the complete "gutting" / removal of all interior finishes, services and walls that will not be required by the new layout.
A Butler single sloped addition was attached to the north end of their existing facility. The wall system on the addition was Butler’s eShadowall. We utilized the same siding profile to reface the east and west walls of the existing masonry building to unify all into one building. The south (front) facade was given some extra pizzazz through the use of Arriscraft stone complete with a masonry sill, new anodized aluminum window systems and custom aluminum composite wall panels in graphite and silver. The Butler addition was constructed with Widespan framing system and features a TLS-12 roof system complete with R40 insulation. This part of the building also features SunlIte Strips and windows to provide lots of natural light to their call centre operation.
The images in this project gallery show the various stages of construction for this project.
Our rebuild plus addition was complex in our minds ~ the team at Bel-Con worked diligently with us on a design that exceeded our expectations.
