Located on the Peterborough Airport, this 18,000 sq ft building was constructed to be a private flight training facility complete with hangar facilities. The office portion of the building was designed complete with a simulator training room as well as conventional classrooms and charter flight facilities. The building has since been purchased by the City of Peterborough, and is now being occupied by Seneca College for their aviation program.
