Gerow Propane have been providing commercial and residential services in the Brighton area for over 60 years. For their recent expansion they contacted us to build a bulk propane distribution facility in the new industrial park in Brighton.
The tank bases were the first stage of the project and were put in place to accommodate the 90' long tank that was shipped all the way from Texas. Then we turned our attention to building an approximately 3,000 sq ft wood frame structure using wood trusses. The lower wall of the building is masonry veneer and the upper is a pre-finished siding. Completing this facility is a VSR standing seam architectural panel roof from Butler Manufacturing.
The facility will serve as a distribution point for Gerow, however, they will maintain their retail outlet for customers at their current site on HWY 2.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Bel-Con, they were fast, efficient, and kept us well informed during the entire building process. We look forward to working with Bel-Con again on our future expansions.
