Pine Valley Packaging is a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Uxbridge Ontario. The facility features a large Butler structure for the manufacturing and warehouse component of the facility and a 2-storey conventional structure for the office component. The total square footage of the facility is approximately 70,000 sq ft.
The project consisted of the following Butler systems – Widespan structural system, Shadowall prefinished wall system and an MR-24 standing seam roof.
